Rudi and Amy at their community shower on SundayIt's been ten days since my last post - I am still here, just a bit busy!
Three weeks from today ALL my children will be with me, and I am very excited! Wedding preparations are progressing and details are being ironed out. There was a great shower on the weekend that was attended by people from all parts of the community. There were lots of fun games, like writing poems about the Bride and Groom (they were really funny), and going around the room to get different people to sign your paper. They received lots of good, practical gifts, too. The pictures I have added give you an idea what it was like.

Maeve and her Great-GrammieHousecleaning is also progressing, but I still haven't gotten to the lake to prepare it for moving to in July. Hopefully this weekend that will happen.
The photographer came to see where the bride and groom live, as well as the church, to plan where she will be taking pictures. She has all kinds of creative ideas, and I'm sure they will be just beautiful.
Today is the last class for the extra course that Amy is taking, she will be relieved to have that behind her, I'm sure, and maybe I will get to see her more often!
I'm off to do some shopping now.
