Decorating the Nursery

Little Julia has a beautiful room! Her Daddy and Grampa painted it a lovely green colour on Monday, and then on Tuesday we put up a "bug" border and put together the crib and changing table and set them up. What a transformation! Here are the before and after pictures.

Yesterday we had a picnic (food from the Pita Pit) and went for a walk in Muskoseepi Park in the centre of Grande Prairie. It was a beautiful day, and one very nice thing about this city in May is that there are no black flies, so you can really enjoy the summery weather.

We have been keeping in touch with our family back home in NB, and they are having a rainy spell, so this is definitely the place to be right now! We are missing them all, though. Wouldn't it be great to have us all living in one end of the country for a change?
