In all the Julia excitement, it seems I forgot to post a picture of our beautiful tulips that were blooming gloriously when we left home. In fact, many blossoms could be found around our lawns and gardens. Apple blossoms, violets, flowering quince, bleeding heart (and dandelions of course), were all at their peak. What a lovely time of year when all the spring flowers are bursting with colour!
