Gordon's Visit

Gordon's visit has come to an end. In early October he arrived in Fredericton on the flight that has come directly to Fredericton from London since May, and he left yesterday on its last flight for the season. How great is that, to get on a plane in Fredericton and arrive in London, England, without changing planes? (There is a short stop in Halifax, but still.....) Maybe next year we will get to try it out for ourselves!

Last weekend Kevin, Gordon and I enjoyed the Sunday Brunch at the Crowne Plaza together, then on Monday we had our "good-bye meal" with some of our family members.

The Nasons and the Woollins gathered around our table for fine food (prepared by Rich and Jen) and friendly fellowship. Gordon was Rich's friend before the rest of us knew him, and we are so glad he has become our friend as well! It has been so good to have him along on all our comings and goings over the past three weeks.
