This has been a really nice day, weather-wise and otherwise. After church the Woollin family - John, Ann, Jennifer, Richard and Maeve - came for dinner. There was pork tenderloin, baked sweet potatoes and pesto roasted potatoes, as well as broccoli and salad, and trifle for dessert. Everything turned out yummy! Then Maeve had a nap while the rest of us watched "My Big, Fat, Greek Wedding". It made me think ahead to Amy and Rudi's wedding which is two months from today!! Then we all went outside to enjoy the sunshine. Rich and his father went on the four-wheeler and the rest of us in the truck, out around the cranberry bog and the chalet. Then, back at home we picked mayflowers and looked for things for Jen to transplant at her house.

Supper was a buffet of left-overs - yummy again - and Jen and Ann took Maeve home to bed. Kevin will be driving the boys home after they finish a movie. It looks like we could be enjoying some real spring weather this week (we still needed jackets and hats today). The only problem is, once the temperatures go up, the blackflies will arrive. That's May in NB for you!
